The park is a great camping spot. Large open grassed area, a small sandy beach fronts a huge lake, still water that gets choppy on windy days. Great for children. Redevelopment underway. Time will tell if it then loses its present charm. Bring mosquito repellant!!!!

Had such an amazing time. So peaceful and beautiful. Grounds are fantastic - plenty of local wildlife and walking tracks to explore. will DEF be coming back again soon; only this time, we'll hire a canoe as well.

Water front spots are amazing with the breeze keeping the tents cool. Will be back. We had a grand time

We have been coming here for 20 years. Fantastic experience for the family and heaps of room to spread out. The lake is perfect for windsurfing and kayaking. Bushwalks are great!

Fantastic location to camp. Right in the lake and a great launching point for Kayaking and canoeing to explore the Noosa everglades to the north (day visitor rates apply). Nice remote feel, but close to the township. There is are good amenities and a decent kiosk on site with food items and other consumables. Maybe a little over priced for an older camp ground. Peak times are absolutely packed!

Staff are beyond polite and incredibly accommodating. Could not have asked for a more relaxing and comfortable place

Bring your mozzie repellent and anything you think works for March fly's.

What a great place this is. New owners so looks like a lot of work is being done to being it up to a more modern camping ground. The old owners had let it run down a fair bit so it's good to see.
